Voice and compliance
Plain about compliance. Never loud about it.
Our business runs on personal data, so the standard we hold ourselves to is not a footnote. It is the foundation. Here is how we work and the law we work within.
41st Street Inc is a social-led digital marketing company. We plan and run campaigns for our clients, and we process personal data only to deliver those campaigns — we do not sell personal data to third parties. All processing is conducted in full compliance with the data-protection rules of St Kitts and Nevis.

Data protection
Built around the Data Protection Act, 2018.
Everything 41st Street does begins and ends with personal data, so we treat it with care. We align all of our work with the Data Protection Act, 2018 (Act No. 5 of 2018), the data protection framework enacted for Saint Christopher and Nevis. We collect personal data only for clearly defined purposes. We process it only for those purposes or with the individual's consent. We hold it no longer than the work requires, we keep it secure, and we are transparent with the people it concerns. Where a client operates under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation, we align our practices to that standard as well.
The Act is derived from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States model and is designed to sit alongside international standards including the GDPR. It is overseen by the Office of the Information Commissioner of St Kitts and Nevis, with whom we cooperate fully.
The principles we work to
01
Notice and choice
We tell people what we collect and why, and we give them a genuine choice before we proceed.
02
Disclosure
We do not disclose personal data beyond the purpose it was collected for, except with consent or where the law clearly allows.
03
Security
We protect personal data with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity and the harm that misuse could cause.
04
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as the work requires, then we dispose of it responsibly.
05
Data integrity
We take reasonable steps to keep personal data accurate, complete, and up to date.
06
Access
We let individuals reach the data we hold about them and have it corrected when it is wrong.
Your rights
What individuals can ask of us.
Under the Data Protection Act, 2018, the people whose data we handle hold clear rights. We honour them and respond to requests promptly.

To know that their personal data is being processed, and to understand what is collected and why.
To access
To obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about them on request.
To rectify
To have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected without undue delay.
